A pool of corporate apartments generates cleaning, maintenance and repair jobs both on the apartment itself and on the furniture. Our 24 hour hotline allows the tenant to easily report any damage or malfunction. Depending on the service scope, Packimpex will carry out periodic checks especially on apartments that are rented out for more than 3 months.

Our own professional field runners are able to carry out small repairs on site. Alternatively, they will organise external specialists and monitor their service. Our field runners are trained on tenancy law. They will ensure that the cost of repair for normal wear and tear are not pushed on the corporation but will be carried by the real estate companies.

Cleaning services are provided by carefully selected external cleaning partners. The corporate customer is free to influence the choice of the cleaning provider.
