
Marcel Jörg, CEO & Director Moving, originally from Berne soon found sympathy for the French speaking part of Switzerland where he spent over eight years. After business school he managed the treasury of a multinational high tech company first in Neuchâtel and then at their headquarters in California. Marcel is a multilingual economist and executive MBA. He joined Packimpex in 2001 where he headed up the Finance and Administration department. In 2003 he built up the Destination Services department leading it until Manpreet Dhami joined the company in 2010. Marcel is the majority shareholder and CEO of Packimpex since 1st January 2008.

Manpreet Dhami, Director, DSP and Immigration, was born and raised in the UK, but has lived and worked in a variety of international environments including spending several years in France and Japan. Prior to joining the Packimpex, Manpreet was employed by a leading global immigration consultancy as Regional Director for Europe. Manpreet is a seasoned immigration professional with seven years of experience working exclusively in this field. She regularly presents at international mobility forums on Swiss and global immigration matters and has extensive experience of advising corporate and private clients on all aspects of private and business immigration to Switzerland, the UK and other European destinations.

Kate Davey, Director Sales & Marketing, was born in the UK but grew up in an international environment in the Geneva region. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from the University of Kent at Canterbury she returned to Switzerland where she worked as an Accountant for an international publishing group. After traveling through Central America in 2005, Kate reoriented her professional path to pursue a career in corporate sales. As Account Executive for an international communication company, she led the business developments initiatives for the Suisse Romande region. In 2007 Kate joined Packimpex where she now leads the Sales and Marketing department.

Damian Aebischer, Director Finance & Administration, was born and raised on the language border in Fribourg, Switzerland. After a year of studies in New Zealand, Damian obtained a Masters degree in Management and Finance from the University of Fribourg in 2004. Prior to joining Packimpex, Damian worked in the consulting industry for 5 years. Through a variety of projects he has gained extensive experience in different industries and management topics that he is now incorporating in the shared service functions at Packimpex. Damian is currently pursuing an Executive MBA program.
In addition to the Packimpex management team, Ernst and Marcel Jörg have chosen three external board members to support them in leading this company to a successful future. The input from these outsiders helps to constantly challenge and assess the company. Thomas Aebersold owns and manages a large law and real estate company in Bern. Rudolf Obrecht is a known entrepreneur in the training industry and a professional consultant and coach. Marco Casanova is a managing partner and executive consultant of the Branding-Institute in Bern.
