
The success of Packimpex stems entirely from its employees. We believe in the principle that happy employees lead to happy customers. We formally monitor employee satisfaction via annual surveys and incorporate this KPI into our corporate goals.
Talent, skill set, emotional competence and a professional attitude are important selection criteria in the recruiting process. Both soft skills, "glocal" competence and technical know-how are nurtured through an intensive training programme. On average, our employees spend three days per year on continuous professional development. This results in 750 training days per year.
At Packimpex we believe in the importance of team building activities. Through these interactive events, our employees get to know each other and form friendships as well as an understanding of where the other person is coming from. This has a positive impact on productivity and staff retention.

Staff training
Senior Management is heavily involved in developing and delivering training sessions but the company also closely collaborates with external training institutions such as the FIDI academy and Rudolf Obrecht AG. Employees undertaking external education courses such as bachelors and masters degrees as well as language courses are often financially supported by Packimpex.
Packimpex is an officially licensed Swiss training company and trains 4 concurrent apprentices as commercial bachelors in association with the state school systems.
