Our household goods removal services received the NEI Service Exceeding Expectations Award

Last month was marked by many conferences and summits in the relocation industry. Packimpex Moving Ltd. was excited to attend many of these events, including the 6th annual NEI Global Partner Alliance Summit in Omaha, Nebraska on 22-23 October.

We were even more excited to be recognised at this event with the 2018 NEI Service Exceeding Expectations Award for best-in-class service metrics in the household goods removal category. This award is presented to Service Partners according to industry segment and is based on the highest percentile scores, as captured in NEI scorecard processes.

“The goals of our awards program are to recognize and thank those service partners who are truly committed to delivering on NEI’s mission of providing Service Exceeding Expectations to our clients’ relocating families”, said Al Blumenberg, NEI SVP of Global Client Development and Service Partner Relations. “Our program continues to grow and we are very excited to be able to present 31 awards as we celebrate our sixth year of the NEI GPA Summit”.

It is especially gratifying to receive this award from NEI Global Relocation, who themselves have recently been ranked in the top three for 17 of the 19 Trippel categories in the 2018 Trippel Relocation Managers’ Survey.

Recently, Packimpex Moving Ltd. received the FIDI-FAIM 13.1 certification, which also demonstrates our excellent service and commitment to offering our customers only the best. Our customers continue to remain at the center of all we do. These awards and certificates are not only proof of our commitment, but they also serve as great motivation to continue surpassing expectations.
