Packimpex brings home a “Circle of Excellence” award for quality in customer service

Positive customer feedback leads to an award recognising and praising service delivered to transferees

In May, the EuRA International Relocation Congress was held in Munich and relocation professionals from around the world came together to discuss the future of global mobility and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Packimpex CEO Damian Aebischer, Director Global Business Robert Baldwin, Lead Manager Client Services Leah Bohmrich and Project Manager Eric Szilassy were present in Munich on behalf of Packimpex.

In addition to inspiring keynote speakers and insightful exchanges with individuals from other prominent service providers, the highlight for Packimpex was receiving the Aires “Circle of Excellence for Customer Service” Award 2018 at the Aires Partners Summit. The Circle of Excellence was presented to just five companies globally and it recognises the quality and service delivered to transferees. To make its decision, Aires considered the feedback of transferees who were asked to evaluate their experience working with Packimpex during their relocation.

The award was presented by Richard Hooker, Director of Operations EMEA and APAC; Laura Beron, Aires Director of Contract and Global Compliance; and Brad Stevenson, Aires Director of Global Procurement.
