100+ opportunities for global mobility innovation
Over the past six months, employees have had the opportunity to get involved in the future of Packimpex. The executive management has opened to the door to workshops, brainstorm sessions and ideas that influence internal culture and customer service offerings.
Through a workshop in Thun last year and regular pitching sessions for employees, Packimpex has demonstrated a commitment to offering services and support that meets customers’ needs before, during and after a relocation to Switzerland, Germany or Belgium. Additionally, it has empowered employees to take an active role in the direction of the company. The customer-centric approach to creating new service offerings involves prototyping, testing, feedback and iterations, and soft launches.
Over 100 project ideas have been collected – some of these ideas have come from corporate and retail customers, but a majority have come from Packimpex employees. The number of viable ideas has been so great that our innovation team has organised several sessions in order to prioritise these projects. These opportunities provide fuel for Packimpex’s future.
