Packimpex invites Basel-based customers and partners to its annual event

Nearly 70 guests joined us to toast to successful collaborations in 2019

The holiday season is always an excellent time to get together with customers and colleagues. Every year, we organize an apéro at our office in Basel and invite all of the suppliers, partners and customers who we worked with or supported over the year. On 5 December, our annual event took place with an incredible turn out of representatives from HR departments, property management firms, concierge services, maintenance companies and more.

The theme of this year’s event was the balance between digitalisation and a personal touch – a balance that Packimpex understands very well.

In his welcome remarks, Packimpex CEO Damian Aebischer said: “At Packimpex today, we focus heavily on innovation and digitalisation. While we have developed fantastic new products and services and continuously explore digital opportunities, we believe that the importance of personal advice and relationships in parallel with digitalisation will increase. Recently, the whole business world, especially the digital world, has been talking about the importance of ecosystems, but it’s nothing new to us. Leveraging sustainable partnerships to deliver excellent customer service has been part of Packimpex’s business model for 40 years”.

So it is fitting that we regularly host this opportunity to further cultivate personal relationships for the benefit of everyone involved in an international relocation.

With this collegial event, the year ended on a high note and the entire Packimpex team can now set its sights on the growth and expansion that is to come in 2020.
