The Global Workforce Symposium ends with a bang
Last week, Packimpex was discovering innovative solutions to the modern challenges that companies in the global mobility industry must overcome today and in the future. Workshops covering topics such as design thinking, diversity and inclusion, and performance appraisals of expatriates were a major source of inspiration and insight into the state of the industry. The BGRS Suppliers Forum was a particularly successful event for Packimpex because the company received two awards: The “Service Excellence Awards” and the “Transformation Award” for the new Orbit structure.
The Orbit structure was implemented at Packimpex with the objective of improving responsiveness. The “Transformation Award” for Orbit is proof that Packimpex has met the initial targets and is continuously putting its customers first.
Packimpex’s CEO, Damian Aebischer, and Director of Global Business, Robert Baldwin, were there to accept both awards.
“It was a very successful week for Packimpex, and we are proud of these new awards that we have received. More than that, however, we are motivated by the challenge to exceed what we have already accomplished. All of us at Packimpex would like to take this moment to thank our partners for recognising our services in this way. We are humbled and very grateful”, he said.
The theme of this year’s BGRS Suppliers Forum was “agility”, which the organisers described as “a key component in remaining successful in an ever-changing environment”. Receiving awards at an event with this relevant theme is of great importance to Packimpex because it demonstrates that we are a company that can adapt quickly, meet client demands and play a role in the evolution of global mobility.
