Four teams came up with original ways to boost Packimpex’s award-winning customer service
On 21 and 22 November, a group of professionals from Packimpex met in Thun Castle to reflect on customer needs and in particular, how Packimpex can better serve customers after their relocation. In a moderated three-day innovation workshop, four teams worked together using the design thinking methodology to closely examine customer needs and create prototypes of potential new services. The groups were completely focused on coming up with different ways that Packimpex could continue to provide excellent service and a first-class customer experience.
Packimpex’s participation at this productive workshop was supported by an innovation initiative for small- to medium-sized enterprises of the Swiss insurance company Die Mobiliar / La Mobilière. The event at the inspiring venue was hosted by innovation facilitation experts of Innoveto Marketing & Business Solutions.
