Can the leases of the apartments that my company manages be taken over by Packimpex?

Yes, this is possible. We can also manage all the rent and utility payments. Packimpex can source and acquire apartments for your pool or downsize your pool based on the lease terms that are defined in each contract. While your company remains responsible for the rent of the apartments placed under our contract, Packimpex manages all the administration and optimises reservations so as to limit vacancies. Apartment pooling with another company is also an optimisation solution.

Why should I outsource these tasks instead of establishing a team in-house?

It is possible to establish an in-house team or department to manage your company’s apartment pool, however, you can save time and money by outsourcing these tasks. Packimpex has proven processes and can help you save time by taking care of the sourcing, reservations and expenses. If you keep these tasks in-house, it would require time to build up the team, establish proper processes and foster relationships with real estate agencies. Packimpex has done all of this already and is at your service.

Do we have to buy all the services or can this be tailored?

You can outsource as much or as little to Packimpex as you wish. Depending on your contractual relationships with existing providers, internal team expertise or existing systems in place, we can tailor our involvement to focus on where it makes the most sense to you. We believe that this is a long-term partnership and needs to be a win-win solution for both parties.

What insurance do I need to cover my rented furniture items from Packimpex?

There is a flat rate for the time your company rents the furniture. This covers any routine wear and tear of the furniture as well as damages by earthquakes, flooding and fire. There is no coverage for loss or mishandling of any item by your transferees during the rental period.
