The award-winning company receives high praise from employees

At the end of last year, Packimpex underwent an external benchmarking of its workplace culture. In that context, Packimpex employees in Switzerland were given the opportunity to share feedback on what it’s really like to work at Packimpex. We are delighted to report that the survey results place Packimpex as one of Switzerland’s best small-to-medium-sized company workplaces, and as of 1 February 2020, Packimpex is Great Place to Work® certified.

This excellent survey result shows that a large majority of employees believe Packimpex is an inspiring and fun place to work. The family-like team spirit, close interactions with management, development opportunities, diversity, and strong sense of community were all aspects of Packimpex’s workplace culture that were highly praised by our company’s employees.

The certification was audited in two parts: an anonymous survey completed by employees, and an external culture audit where Great Place to Work® performs the Culture Audit© by comparing our practices to those of other organisations based on local Great Place to Work standard evaluation criteria.
